First time using homeowners insurance.. I had a lot of water damage in both bathroom.,..called Angie's list... and I chose timbercraft out of many contractors...very thankful I did... Darrell the owner helped me out through the process... Darrell was great...(above and beyond)..there was a couple of days they had to have both comodes unseated..every day before they left...he would reseat a comodes...so we weren't inconvenience....I think he reseated three times ..who does that.. I felt bad for him...but he did it with a smile...very very happy...

Excellent! We discovered long-term, hidden leaks in our bathroom had essentially destroyed much of the bathroom and attached closet. Darrell first helped us find remediators to tear out and dry out the rooms. Then he helped me plan the renovation. He was great at listening to what I wanted, then coming...
